Royal Orchid Group of Hotels is a hotel operating company. This means, we neither invest nor take hotels on lease / rentals. All costs need to be borne by the owner of the owner. The owner needs to complete the property in all aspects, exterior and interior. We come in as an operating company by giving our name to the hotel and by providing the following services :

Management Contract -:

1. Human Resource Support by appointing the GM for the hotel.
2. Setting up the systems in the hotel so that the hotel is process driven
3. Appropriate branding and designing services
4. Designing and Implementation of marketing creative and collaterals
5. Sales support through our 13 regional sales offices across India and upcoming in other cities
6. Online Travel Companies and GDS Tie Ups
7. Digital and Social Media Marketing of the hotel
8. Handling operations of the hotel and day to day activities

Franchise -:

3. Regular Auditing of the hotel
